We follow a child-centred curriculum with a ‘hands-on’ learning approach and an emphasis on language acquisition and development. We use a framework called Aistear which is structured Play where children can become Bakers, Chefs, Witches, Wizards, Zoo Keepers, Doctors, Jungle Explorers and many more!
It is likely that this September there will be some restrictions placed on our usual form of hands-on, group based learning in class. We will be sure to follow all Department of Education guidelines on this and will always put pupil safety first

Aladdin ConnectThis is a free app for parents to use and allows us to send information to you instantly. You can also view and edit your child’s personal details on the app; change of phone number, new address etc. We have also used it this year to set and receive school work from the children while they are at home due to closures.
It is essential that at least one parent of each child in the school has the app so that you don’t miss out on important information. Your child’s booklist will be sent to you via the App and also published on the school website. All books and resources will be available for you to purchase online and there will be more information about that on the booklist itself. Our uniform consists of the school tracksuit and a white polo shirt. This is the only uniform your child requires.
