We are constantly developing our maths skills. Have a look below at some examples of us using our maths skills as part of our science work.
The first classes used their maths
measuring
skills and knowledge when:
- Investigating if height changes the distance a toy car will travel (Room 35)
- Learning all about Planet Earth (Room 38)
- Investigating how and why meteorites created craters of various sizes on the moon (Rooms 36 and 37)
- Investigating the distance travelled by paper rockets (Room 16)
The first classes also developed and participated in a maths trail around the school.
