The second classes spent some time this year investigating engineering - both in class and in our local area. See how they got on below! 

First, in their classrooms, the girls from Room 12 made windmills, while the children from Room 11 designed bridges.

Then, in the second term, both classes went to visit Drimnagh Castle, the only remaining Norman Castle in Ireland with a flooded moat surrounding it. It was a feat of engineering in its day!
