Recorder

Children from 2nd Class take part in recorder classes every week.  Learning simple tunes on the recorder and picking up the valuable skills of reading music. Classes are provided by our own teachers from the Assumption. 


The recorder is a fantastic instrument to learn.   It has a graded programme to grade 8 and can also be played as the practical element of Music in both the Junior and Leaving Certificate.
